The China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO), co-sponsored by China and the 10 ASEAN countries as well as the ASEAN Secretariat, is the only international trade fair which themes on the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area (CAFTA) and aims at promoting the reciprocal cooperation and common development of China and ASEAN. The total trading volume recorded USD 4.92 billion and that of the concluded international cooperation contracts topped USD 22.26 billion at the previous CAEXPOs.

This grand event has greatly promoted the bilateral exchanges and cooperation in different fields between China and ASEAN, which is thus of great significance within the China-ASEAN region. The 5th CAEXPO will be convened in Nanning, Guangxi, China on October 22-25, 2008, setting up 4 pavilions, i.e. the Pavilion of Commodity Trade, the Pavilion of Investment Cooperation, the Pavilion of Agricultural Applicable Technology and the Pavilion of Cities of Charm. Cambodia, as the Country of Honor for the 5th CAEXPO, will stage a series of theme programs/activities including the Sino-Cambodian Entrepreneurs’ Seminar. 6 ASEAN countries will set up their own exclusive exhibition hall to showcase commodities of their respective country.  The 5th CAEXPO highlights the information & communications technology (ICT) cooperation. Infindo team were selected to be part of the expo for the straight four days representing Brunei under the Brunei Pavillion which is organised by the Ministry of Primary Resources and Trade and showcasing our mobile applications and platforms.
